Below are just a few of the key players who have proudly made Energy Professionals the nation’s leading power consultant.
Matt Judkin – Principal
Matt is President and CEO of AGR Group, which provides structural support and guiding principals to the commercial consultants at Energy Professionals. AGR Group has been a leading sales and support services provider to the retail energy industry for more than a decade. Matt’s enthusiasm, personal approach, and business acumen has built AGR Group from 20 employees in a 1,500 square foot office to a nationwide, multifaceted organization specializing in outbound telemarketing, door-to-door energy sales, lead generation and consulting services.
Matt has a long resume of sales and management success. Prior to founding AGR Group in 2002, he was SVP of Sales and Marketing for Mueller Worldwide, a full service sales and marketing organization serving Fortune 500 clients. He has also excelled as a fundraiser for international non-profits of his choosing, and socioeconomic issues remain close to his heart.
James Warrick – Vice President, External Operations
James has over ten years of leadership and team-building experience, the last eight in the energy industry. He has played a lead role in establishing residential acquisition campaigns as well as the development of large commercial and industrial lead generation programs for AGR Group.
With his exceptional ability to motivate his team members and provide the direction they need to succeed, James is the inspirational force behind Energy Professionals. He personally handles the company’s larger clients, which often require complex energy-plan analysis and buying requirements. His superior knowledge of the energy industry drives the development and strategic planning of future campaigns and market openings.
Mike Hoy – Executive Director
Mike has over 20 years experience in building and managing organizations in the financial services and direct sales industries. He has also done efficiency consultant work for health care and non-profit organizations.
Mike is based in our Clearwater, Fla., corporate headquarters. He’s a graduate of Rutgers University and enjoys travel, tennis, music, and bicycling.
Jeff Gallagher – Director of Sales and Administration
Jeff joined AGR Group in 2011 at our call center in Clearwater, Fla. He is a veteran of energy sales and consultation, and has specialized in call center operations. His market knowledge, even-tempered and professional approach, and patient mentoring creates a winning atmosphere on the sales floor.
Tom Engle – National Sales Manager
Tom has over 25 years of experience in outside sales, with an award-winning history of developing long-term relationships with major accounts. He also has vast experience in trade show operations and niche marketing presentations.
Tom was vice president of sales for the largest printing company in North America. He later went on to own and operate his own printing and marketing company for over 20 years, growing the operation into a multimillion dollar enterprise.
Liz Tucker – Regional Sales Manager, Ohio
Liz comes to Energy Professionals from a Sales Manager position with a pharmaceutical company, where she developed loyal relationships with wholesalers and retail customers to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
She has a long history of implementing operational efficiencies to maximize profitability, and coaching her employees to achieve personal and company goals. She’s an Indiana native and a life-long equestrian enthusiast.
Giovana Gaudioso – Director of Operations
Giovana has been with Energy Professionals and it’s affiliates since 2006, and has held many roles of increasing responsibility in the company, including Manager of Quality Control.
In her Director of Operations post, Giovana will oversee inter-office communications and operational procedures, as well as client and customer relations, order processing and Quality Control.
