James Warrick – Executive Director
James has over ten years of leadership and team-building experience, the last eight in the energy industry. He has played a lead role in establishing residential acquisition campaigns as well as the development of large commercial and industrial lead generation programs.
With his exceptional ability to motivate his team members and provide the direction they need to succeed, James is the inspirational force behind Energy Professionals. He personally handles the company’s larger clients, which often require complex energy-plan analysis and buying requirements. His superior knowledge of the energy industry drives the development and strategic planning of future campaigns and market openings.
Mike Swindro – Sales Manager
Mike has been serving customers in the retail energy space since 2000, making him a true pioneer of energy deregulation. He recognized the opportunity and the value proposition in its earliest days, and has been leading sales teams ever since.
With experience as Director of Sales for Energy Professionals’ parent company, AGR Group, Mike was instrumental in forming the brokerage group he now leads. He has grown his team from five energy professionals just two years ago to nearly 40.
Prior to energy, Mike built a successful career in jewelry sales, serving as Vice President for several chains before developing his own jewelry design company, wholesaling his products across the country.
