Matt Judkin - President and Co-Founder

At the helm of AGR Group is Matt Judkin, President and Co-Founder, who brings vision and passion to every aspect of the company. He is an active participant in the day-to-day operation, while maintaining an exterior view to continuously monitor and analyze statistics and evaluate data to better deliver a quality product to our clients. An adept multi-tasker, Matt might be tagging on a call, implementing incentive programs for the telesales reps, streamlining training techniques, whatever is needed to provide the very best product for our client. Matt brings his background in sales to client programs and is responsible for transferring his knowledge and sales expertise to AGR Group's expanding sales force in order to meet client sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prior to AGR Group, Matt was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Co-Founder of Mueller Energy Group.

Matt's background includes acting as the Director of Sales and Business Development for David Morse & Associates, establishing a successful regional start-up organization for the company. He is also a veteran fund-raiser in the field of the humanities and has been personally responsible for raising over $5 million in charitable contributions.

Herb Zerden - CFO and Co-Founder

Herb Zerden, CFO and Co-Founder of AGR Group, ensures that the technical and operational delivery demands of clients are met continuously, including compliance with the requirements of the PUCs and other regulatory agencies. A diligent task-master with adept technical skills, Herb manages a technical team that consistently out-performs every industry competitor in the quality of orders generated, order acceptances, accuracy of data transfers, and regulatory compliance. Previously Herb was Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of Mueller Energy Group, Inc.    More bios
