Herb is a successful entrepreneur and operations executive with extensive experience in the creation and management of start-up and mid-size organizations in both the energy and telecommunications industries. He founded and sold his multi-million dollar telecommunications start-up to an international telecommunications organization. Following the sale of his company, Herb functioned as an energy industry consultant and business development expert for several East Coast energy marketing customer acquisition companies.

Adolfo Quintero

Adolfo Quintero, VP of Administration and Co-Founder of AGR Group, Inc., ensures the quality and profitability of delivery. Adolfo is a master at employee motivation, employee training, and process efficiency and ensures the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for our clients are met every single hour of the day. His operational expertise is known internally at AGR Group as "the secret weapon." Previously he was in the same capacity with Mueller Energy Group.

Prior to joining Mueller Energy, Adolfo had a long and successful working relationship as Operations Manager with Mueller Worldwide and with LDS, a telecommunications company. His expertise encompasses both the energy and high technology industries. He has successfully managed customer acquisition, sales, and demand generation programs for Fortune companies, and has expertise leading operations teams with several hundred headcount.
