What is Climate Week NYC?
Climate Week NYC is an annual even that is held every year in New York City since 2009. The international conference brings together leaders from major businesses, government, and civil society to showcase global climate actions as well as future plans and initiatives. Climate Week NYC is the largest Climate Week event in the world. Other Climate Week events are held in different countries throughout the year.
This year, Climate Week New York City will be held between the 21st and 27th of September and will be focusing on to rebuild climate actions after the COVID-19 pandemic, exploring what lessons we can learn in the pursuit of a completely net-zero future.
How Do I Participate?
This year’s Climate Week NYC will host over 350 events taking place across New York City and around the planet. While to host an event requires pre-registration, starting Monday, 21 September, you will have access to all events through the official Facebook Watch page, where you will be able to view live events, search for past events, and save future events of interest to your schedule.
